Our dishes are simple, traditional, and creatively original. They reflect not only the cuisine of the local region but other regions of Italy as well since recipes have been handed down from generation to generation. The vegetables and fruits which are organically grown here on our land are what are used in our cooking and on our table. The fresh and aromatic herbs are also grown in our orto (vegetable garden) Our beef, pork and lamb come from small, local farms where the breeders raise their stock on the best feed making sure their animals are clean, and healthy and of the best quality. Our wood-burning oven gives a special taste to our homemade breads, focaccie, timballi, roasts, cakes and biscuits.
For our guests who are vegetarians there are a variety of tasty and well balanced dishes freshly prepared.
